Missing a test result?

 

EQUISAL:

Results are always returned to the stockist/practice/SQP from where you purchased the test from. They will then review the test results and provide you with appropriate professional advice.

If you are expecting an email with a test result and/or advice but haven't yet received one, it may also be worth checking your junk/spam folder for an email first before checking with your stockist.

If you have purchased your test kit directly from us, please fill in the contact form below so we can locate your samples and results. We would also suggest you check your email junk/spam folder just in case the results email has been diverted into one of these folders.

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to test samples within three working days of receiving them into the lab.
